Available Options

At SDRS, we offer a wide range of support services to accomodate the needs of the public. We will service almost any computer or electronic device (limited only by availability of a qualified technician). Currently, we service any computer (desktop, laptop, netbook, etc) with any operating system. We also service any size Samsung, Vizio, and Sony LCD televisions. Sorry, we do not service Plasma or CRT televisions/monitors. As mentioned on the Main page, we will provide support nationwide, availability permitting.

You may hire a technician to service your equipment for any reason. All jobs are paid at a flat "starter" rate which includes the initial trip to your location (home or business) and 2 hours of labor. If a technician needs additional parts to complete the job, needs to make additional trips, or more than 2 hours of labor are incurred, you will be responsible for the extra hours. You will not be responsible for an "additional trip fee" if the technician leaves your site to go purchase parts and returns on the same day. Our technicians are paid by the job, not by the hour. This means that we prohibit technicians from intentionally being "slow" in order to get extra funding. Also, we cannot pay our technicians until you have indicated that you are satisfied with the job and you have paid for any additional items. Do NOT pay technicians directly! You must utilize the online payment system.

Pricing

Our basic rate is $85 "starter" rate for each job, $40 per hour for overtime, and $15 for each additional trip (excluding retail parts pickup trips). Basic rate services must be requested a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the actual service time to permit us to schedule a technician. Once this has been done, the actual technician performing the service will call you to confirm the details and verify the appointment.

Our premium rate is $115 "starter" rate for each job, $50 per hour for overtime, and $15 for each additional trip (excluding retail parts pickup trips). Premium service includes an additional hour for free, and one additional trip for free. Also, premium service can be scheduled with as little as 24 hours notice.

Our Emergency rate is $200 "starter" rate for the job, $50 per hour for overtime, and $15 for each additional trip (excluding parts pickup). Emergency service is scheduled on an "as soon as possible" basis and a technician will be dispatched ASAP to your site to correct the necessary items you need. Emergency service includes 5 hours of service and 2 trips. If you purchase an Emergency service and we are unable to get a technician to your site within 24 hours, we will switch you to the Premium package and refund the difference.
