Additional Information
We do not provide dedicated IP's for your site by default. In order to obtain a static, dedicated IP for your website, you MUST have a valid and current SSL certificate. Upon providing us the certificate files, we can activate your dedicated IP. The cost for obtaining a dedicated IP is $3 per month, $35 if paid annually, and $65 for two years (paid in one payment). We can sell you an SSL certificate or get one set up for you, so contact us for more information so that we can get pricing tailored to your needs.
Our plans do not presently come with cPanel or any control panel and must be fully managed by FTP access. Any changes to email accounts, passwords, or subdomains can be done via support ticket at no charge.
